Limitation of Liability

We limit our maximum liability arising from any dispute, technical error or service interruption to 100 EUR, except where such limitation is not permitted under Maltese law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party network failures, incorrect account information, or unauthorised account access caused by your own negligence.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law

These VoodooDreams terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure or via eCOGRA will fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
